Return Period:

Customers can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Product Condition:

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.
Return Conditions:

If the product is received in a damaged condition, the customer may request a return.

If the customer receives an incorrect product, a return request can be made.

If the customer wishes to return an unopened product without any fault from our side, the customer is responsible for returning the item in good condition.
Return Process:

Customers must contact us via email or WhatsApp to request a return.

Returns are not accepted at our physical stores, as store procedures differ from online returns.

Once the return request is approved, we will arrange courier pickup within 2 working days.

For Cash on Delivery orders, the courier will refund the amount at the time of collection.

For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed using the same payment method after we receive the returned item.

Refunds may take a few working days to reflect in the customer’s account.
Return Shipping Charges:

If a customer requests a replacement for an unopened item and there is no fault from our side, a return shipping fee and a platform fee will be applicable.

If order is cancelled before its shipped, Platform charges [3% of the total order amount plus 1 AED] would be applicable on refunds.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued, with the applicable shipping charge and platform fees deducted.

If the item is incorrect or damaged due to our error, no shipping charges will be deducted.
Damaged or Defective Products:

If the product has any issues (damage, leakage, or incorrect item received), customers must provide photos or valid proof of the issue.

Returns will be processed only after verification that the claim is genuine.
