About Our Perfumes
Are your perfumes original? Yes. Every perfume we sell is 100% authentic and sourced from licensed, trusted suppliers. We never sell counterfeits.
How do you verify authenticity? Every product goes through a 3-step verification process before it ships.
Are the perfumes sealed? Most arrive in their original factory-sealed packaging unless the product page says otherwise or if they are testers in which case it will be in the tester packaging .
Do you sell testers or samples? Yes we doDo you sell Arabic perfumes like Oud and Bakhoor? Yes. We carry a wide range of Arabic fragrances, including Oud, Bakhoor and oriental scents.
Do you have affordable perfumes? Yes. We offer luxury and niche fragrances as well as budget-friendly options. Because we source directly from trusted suppliers, our prices stay competitive.
How long do perfumes last? It depends on the concentration, your skin type and the environment. As a guide:
•Eau de Toilette (EDT): 2–4 hours
•Eau de Parfum (EDP): 4–8 hours
•Extrait de Parfum: 8+ hours
What's the difference between EDP and EDT? EDP has a higher fragrance concentration, so it's stronger and lasts longer. EDT is lighter and better for casual daytime wear.
Which perfume is best for gifting? Our luxury gift sets, Oud fragrances and niche perfumes make great gifts for any occasion.
How do I choose the right perfume? Use the detailed descriptions on each product page. If you already love a designer scent, contact us and we'll suggest similar fragrances.
Delivery
How long does delivery take? UAE orders usually arrive in 1–3 business days.
Do you offer same-day delivery? In selected UAE locations, depending on order time and availability. Eligible options appear at checkout else contact us on whatsapp
Do you deliver outside the UAE? No.
Is there a Cash on Delivery (COD) option? Yes
How can I track my order? You'll get tracking updates once your order is dispatched. You can also check its status in your account dashboard.
Returns and Support
What is your return policy? You can return or exchange an item within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.
Can I return an opened perfume? For hygiene and authenticity reasons, opened or used perfumes can't be returned unless they're defective or arrived damaged.
What if my order arrives damaged or has an issue? Contact us through the Contact Us page within 24–48 hours of delivery, with clear photos, and we'll resolve it promptly.
